ProNumber

ProNumber is the unified communications, small business telephone solution that makes your Virtual Office look like a real office without the need to purchase a telephone system or any new telephone equipment. You can have all the benefits of a ProNumber for a monthly fee of only $29.95 (flat rate, no charge for connected minutes).  The basic ProNumber transfers calls to one extension (up to five phone numbers can be rung in sequence or simultaneously) and provides voice mail and digital FAX.

ProNumber can be upgraded to a Hosted PBX that can transfer calls to multiple extensions each with its own group of forwarding phone numbers, personal voice mail and digital FAX.  The features associated with a $100k plus office PBX.  Monthly rates for a Hosted PBX start at only $59.95 (rate for up to five extensions and 750 connected minutes) per month.  Personal DID's can be added to each extension for an additional cost.

Call Transfer. Calls can be transferred to your office, cell, home or other telephone or to voice mail when you are busy. Control customer service calls by diverting them directly to a call center, assistant or professional voicemail. Speed calls for quotes and estimates to one or multiple sales people.

Voice Mail. Have the ability to retrieve voicemail from any telephone or from your email. Receive text notification of new voicemail on your cell phone. Having voice mail messages in digital format allows them to be easily saved or forwarded to anyone with an email address.

Digital Faxes. Automatically receive faxes in digital format and deliver them to your office email. Receiving faxes in digital format allows them to be filed by customer, vendor, etc., or forwarded to another party. Also receive text notification of faxes received on your cell phone.
