KeyComm Online offers two Data Back-Up and Recovery Services.
The KeyComm Online Hosted Application Service includes real time backup as well as multiple versions of data redundancy. It backs up your data real time, online as you are entering information using storage mirroring technology. Multiple times each day it replicates your data to a backup server at the same location and nightly it backs up your data to one of KeyComm Online's other physical locations. That means your data is backed up a minimum of four times - the drive on the data server you are connect to when you use your KeyComm Online application, a mirrored drive on that same data server, a redundant data server at that same physical location and a backup server at another physical location.
The Digital LockDown and Recovery Service backs up your data automatically online, offsite every night. In the event of a server crash or physical disaster at your location the most recent backup is available to be immediately restored to the same or new server at your current location or a new location.
